My door in room 610 was skew, you could literally see an opening of light on the side when you closed the door.

Front desk people after check in was inattentive . Completely ignored myself and others while waiting for service . Valet was super nice once we found him .
Breakfast area was a mess - noobs around cleaning up .
I was very angry when the cleaning lady was pounding on my door and scared my kids at 8 am check out day . Check out was until 11 or 12 !
Then comes back again knocking then while I was downstairs and my kids were in the room she just walked in my son ! No apology just walked back out after seeing him .
