The facility is of good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
Negatives:
The control of the air conditioner in the first room was not working. Hence, we couldn't turn off the air conditioner, which was quite loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Fortunately, the staff immediately helped us change the room where the control was working, and we could sleep easily.
Another issue is that there is only an option with valet parking and the guests cannot park their cars themselves.

They check us in at 9:30 p.m. and we were tired and needed to use restroom and shower and on last day we got the biggest scare and my blood pressure went up because fire alarm went off at 6:40 a.m. and no parking for guests. Didn’t give me nor send invoice, still waiting on invoice (recipe)

The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is very convenient. The room was clean. And the breakfast was very good. They have complementary coffee all day long too!
Negatives:
In the middle of the night, I think they did some kind of maintenance job in my next door. I really got annoyed by it but I don't know what the issue was. The bathroom plumbing had some issues, I did not call anybody cause I was going to check out in 12 hours anyways but it was annoying too.
