Office staff helped us to find another place once they didn't have a place that we reserved

When we arrived at 10:30pm they did have a room for us and claimed that Booking "overbooked" it. We had called ahead to verify that we are en route and they said that as long as you are here before 12:00pm you are garenteed a place....well not true... They did coordinate a place for us to stay that night that was decent but didn't have as many best as we paid for.
