The young lady at the front desk (Isabella) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
Negatives:
The initial room that I had was not what I asked for. I needed t two queen beds since I was traveling with my wife and 15 year old. I was not gonna put my 15 year old on a fold out sofa bed. We were then placed in a room with the appropriate beds HOWEVER, on of the beds had, what appeared to be blood splatter on the bed skirt. We were then place in another room later that day with two queen beds. Very poor in regards to housekeeping not paying attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

I brought my son with me for hisi first vacation with my husband. It was such an easy check in and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention how much I love a clean room. My son had an awesome experience!

I did an extensive amount of research related to getting a shuttle from the airport. We had a flight that arrived in the evening. I wanted to book a hotel that had a 24 hr/day shuttle and that is the main reason that I booked at this hotel. Little did I know that my daughter would break her leg and require surgery the day before our flight. So, our flight was delayed and I was very grateful for the 24 hr/day shuttle. I called while at baggage claim and they sent a shuttle right away. It was pouring and the shuttle driver was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us a room close to the elevator for my daughter and they gave us a trash bag to cover her cast. I read reviews complaining about the breakfast - but honestly the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and completely fine! There were plenty of choices and options.
