It was convenience in distance. Personal was great ! Food wonderfull like always.

Price for parking was overprice. For that reason we have to find third party to park and risky because we were here for vacation no to be looking where will be safe our car. And also the Jacuzzi was out of service !

Positives:
LOVED the breakfast and the breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to check into our room early and enjoyed the complimentary coffee/water by the front desk. The location was also very nice as we mostly walked everywhere.
Negatives:
We were very unhappy that the pool and hot tub and fitness center was closed with no warning. We traveled from Minnesota and specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub and were extremely disappointed when we arrived and saw the sign at the front desk that it was closed. It would have been nice to have that advertised or known to us before we booked. We were also unimpressed with the front desk staff. When we first arrived we stood there staring at them having a conversation for 10+ seconds waiting for someone to acknowledged us. Once they did I told them my name and they couldn’t find my booking until someone else came out and asked if it could be spelled wrong, which it was. They found our booking then told us it wasn’t ready yet (which was fine because we were early). When we came back a little over an hour later we asked about our room and the lady also could not find our booking again and she was very unprofessional. at one point she said in an exhausting voice “gaw, I just got here and I already want to leave”. I felt like an inconvenience because they couldn’t find my booking and each time I went to the front desk it was not very welcoming.

Jeremiah was the manager that checked us in he was kind.
Negatives:
1. The pool/hot tub is under construction. No where on the booking.com website said that the pool was closed. The hot tub was the whole reason we decided to stay there. After skiing/hiking on our vacation, we wanted a hot tub to relax & celebrate.
That was only one instance of this stay going astray.
2. Breakfast is okay, I found a hair in my food. Just make waffles to avoid this
3. Shower faucet was super finicky either burning hot or ice cold. There was no conditioner in our bottle.
4. I was coming back to my room and was met with a group of workers taking the furniture away?!
There was no, and I repeat, NO written or verbal consent to have them in our room.
We had hours left in our stay there, though with our room being an active construction zone I felt the need to leave immediately. I had to push past everyone in there and rush out with all of my belongings.
I HOPE I didn't forget anything, no real wiggle room to check.
We were explicitly told when we checked In that no housekeeping, let alone random workers, would be entering our room and interrupting our stay.
After bringing the issue up to the front desk employee, he confirmed that they shouldn't have been in our room without the aforementioned consent. He said he was sorry, but offered no way to resolve the issue.
It was an unwelcoming, unprofessional end to our stay at your location.
