I had a prepaid booking. Desk clerk invited me in at 2 am after a long travel day, told me the computer was giving him problems and gleefully kicked me out into blizzard and locked the door behind me. I was in disbelief. The worse experience I've had at a hotel anywhere in the world.

Location to union station was excellent! Lots of nearby places to eat, walk to.
Negatives:
Nothing really- wish there was a choice for a little more food in the a.m. than the coffee cart- but he did an excellent job and there was plenty of places within walking distance if we desired more for breakfast! Also, wish the hotel had a small bar for a nightcap, but maybe it was better it didn't. :)

Positives:
Location close to Union station which made transportation options easy. Whole Foods and CVS next door. Close to amenities, restaurants. Breakfast was included but had its downsides. Provided toiletries were decent.
Negatives:
Room size was very tight for 2 beds with limited space to store suitcases and belongings. Bathroom was extremely small and water pressure weak. TV channels were limited and transmission often got interrupted. Coffee capsules tasted bad
