No, the window curtain didn’t work. The city lights were on my face all night and I woke up at 6:30 am due to sunlight. I called the front desk at 6:30 am and they came to repair it at 8:30 am. The room was quite hot even after having the AC at 65 degrees

Loved the lobby. Loved the amenities. Starbucks, Free Breakfast, Proximity to Airport, Couch in the room. Loved the artsiness and style of the hotel. And PRICE!
Negatives:
The room wasn't as clean as I would like. The nightstand and lamp appeared to have the same substance dried on them, so I laid a towel down to keep hands and cell phones off that spot. Then, the air conditioner started rattling, so we had to call for maintenance, but the phone was missing cords and/or broken. I then dialed the number from my cell phone to report the A/C issue, which was promptly executed and repaired within 20 minutes of our call).
We feel the staff was great. And we did not use the free shuttle service.
