Positives:
I was excited to book at The Kimpton. The pictures online looked great. But was disappointed after arriving.
Negatives:
Immediately when we walked in the hotel had the worst musty smell. I thought maybe once we got to the room it would go away, but the whole hotel smelled bad. The front desk staff were unfriendly and seemed bothered that we were asking to check-in. Seriously, in the course of 2 days we had 3 people we were speaking with, one at check-in, one at check-out, and one who tagged our luggage so that we could leave them at the hotel while we explored after checkout. All of the staff were very rude. This was a Mother-Daughter trip to pick out a wedding dress and we couldnt believe how rude the staff was. We were so nice and friendly and got not even as much as a smile back. I will never stay here again.
