Positives:
The bed was amazing! My trip was a girls weekend and I shared the queen bed with a friend. It was so comfortable, I could not even feel when she moved. All of us slept really well. Also, the rooms were very quiet. We were close to the elevator and I never heard it in our room. I didn't even hear neighbors or people in the hallway.
Negatives:
After using booking.com to reserve, I was offered an upgrade for a small additional cost. The upgrade should have included a larger room with a tub, but we only had a shower in our room. I was trying to find a happening area of downtown Denver with shops and restaurants nearby, however many buildings near the Magnolia were empty. It seems like downtown Denver is in a transition.

They charged my accidental card for services I never even asked for or used and they couldn't find my reservation even though I proved it to them they could see it on one website but the girl wasn't able to process it and then charged me $158 on another card so they double charged me and still haven't fixed it!
