The room is clean and the bed is comfy.
Negatives:
The reception is not too helpful. I was already charged before arrival and they tried to charge me again when I checked in. When I left, I asked for an invoice but they insisted they do not provide one and I have to ask for it from Booking.com although I told them that Booking.com does not provide an invoice. I had to then call them after I left (luckily I didn’t leave the US straight away as they do not have an email address and only take phone calls) and the gentleman who picked up the phone sorted out for me straight away.

Housekeeping never put a new toilet paper roll in our bathroom when the toilet paper on the roll was running low. Thank goodness I travel with baby wipes.
