Positives:
everything. The choice of 3 different restaurants, a lounge, a bar, a game room, an open business center, 2 pools, a hot tub, a gym, glass elevators and a magnificent atrium that almost mimics the inside of Luxor Las Vegas. I had a great view & breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again. It was an amazing stay.
Negatives:
It's a little tricky to get to it's location & the parking is not ideal @ $20 per night (even when a guest) and even though posted as having valet, it in fact does not.

Easy to find and a nice garage to park in that’s keycard operated. The main floor and the atrium where very elegant and spread out enough. The atrium had breakfast that was very good. The staff were all so nice and polite.
Negatives:
Other than the elevators, 4 of them took rather long Other than that nothing, it was very nice.

Positives:
The room was clean, bathroom was lovely. We had breakfast on one day - very good. The location was ideal for what we needed.
Negatives:
The music when entering the lobby was so loud I could not hear what the staff were asking me - I had to ask them to repeat a number of times. Sat in the bar area one evening and the music again was so loud and EXPLICIT!! Extremely inappropriate for such a beautiful hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable, we asked for extra pillows to see if this helped - the pillows were so flat that it made no difference.
