Easy to find and a nice garage to park in that’s keycard operated. The main floor and the atrium where very elegant and spread out enough. The atrium had breakfast that was very good. The staff were all so nice and polite.
Negatives:
Other than the elevators, 4 of them took rather long Other than that nothing, it was very nice.

The room was clean, bathroom was lovely. We had breakfast on one day - very good. The location was ideal for what we needed.
Negatives:
The music when entering the lobby was so loud I could not hear what the staff were asking me - I had to ask them to repeat a number of times. Sat in the bar area one evening and the music again was so loud and EXPLICIT!! Extremely inappropriate for such a beautiful hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable, we asked for extra pillows to see if this helped - the pillows were so flat that it made no difference.

The shower and room was very nice.
Negatives:
They have a snack shop that has all microwave foods available. The frustration is but are no microwaves or coffee pots in the rooms. There's only 1 microwave to use and it's by the workout center. I was tired and hungry.
