The location, the amenities, the room, the attached parking garage, the complementary drinks and snacks, the restaurant was fire
Negatives:
Upon arrival, it was raining outside, and there was no way to get into the door to the hotel from the parking garage without a key card, so we had to go all the way around in the rain. There is an old intercom there, it did not work. That was pretty disappointing.
Secondly, the bathroom wasn’t totally clean. There was a splatter against the wall next to the vanity, one sink wasn’t cleaned out, there was sand and tiny pebbles on the floor. It was very awkward going up to the fourth floor to check in. I’m not exactly sure what that’s all about, but I certainly thought that check-in down where the valet and parking garage entrance would have been more appropriate.

We had to pay $49 for parking we stayed one night , it was my wife's
Birthday . The acoustics were bad we could hear every car , truck , motorcycle outside. The bathroom toilet seat needed repair , the air vent in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long tme thedust was just stuck on the tines. I'm sorry it was bad if I could I would get my money back.

Unfortunately the tv remote seemed like it was not connected to the tv. The batteries were good. The fridge was already cranked to 7 but everything was room temp. The shower head support barely attached to the wall. When calling the front desk about it she literally said she can’t do anything about it. For $500 a night. You think she could figure something out. Shoot send something to my room saying sorry. Almost forgot. It said Mountain View. You mean view of the parking garage roof. See pic
