Positives: Nothing! It was horrible!
Negatives: It was disgustingly dirty with black mold everywhere. The staff was very rude. I checked out immediately after walking in & seeing the room in unfit living conditions & am STILL trying to receive a refund for this incident.

Positives: Ever room has full kitchens with all the appliances and all the essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, classes, utensils, etc. The front desk & housekeeping do an excellent job. Thank you staff!
Negatives: The guest that are pet owners suck! They leave dog shit in the hallways.

Positives: The only nice thing was the doors locked on every building from the inside.
Negatives: Our room was very dirty and had opened soda bottles and empty bathroom supplies as well as hair all over the tub. We stayed for 5 nights and never once was offered housekeeping or extra toiletries and constantly had to go to the office to ask for items. The fire alarms went off constantly and there was no apology or communication from the property management even though I was the person to go to the office while the entire building was under fire alarms and other guests continued going in and out without being stopped. I was charged a “deposit” when I arrived after booking online so that was also very disappointing. There was a literal KNIFE in our sleeper bed so I refused to open it any further after finding it.

Negatives: It was trashed, in a bad neighborhood, tv didnt work, pillows were uncomfortable. I put on filters specially for a hot tub and there wasnt one.

Positives: The absolute worst experience. Of my life. All I have to say is: GHETTO!
Negatives: EVERYTHING; There were drug transactions going on ALL day right outside of the building and every single tenant there was high on some drug.

Positives: Staff worked to resolve issues. When given the wrong room they gave me two connecting rooms to resolve the issue.
Negatives: Charged twice for "incidental" fees, ordered 2 bed room and was given the wrong room; it made me feel like the staff was untrained with the computer system and didn't know how to access the correct information. Mostly the environment felt unsafe (ex found people sleeping in the stairwells, people roaming the halls all night long, etc).

Negatives: I had to turn the room. Too cold outside, it was overbooked (yet others were stillcheckingin after me, but I couldn't get another room, tv didn't work (was informed tech was called...never slowed up.), dirty towels under bathroom cabinet.
