Positives:
The location, room and rooftop pool were some of our favorite features. Very conveniently located downtown, near lot of places we wanted to check out.
Negatives:
We did not realize that parking wasn't included in our stay. We only got 2 breakfast vouchers, we are a family of 5. It wasn't made clear while booking that going through a 3rd party site would only give us 2 vouchers. Right as we were packing up the power in the hotel went out. Thank goodness we weren't in the elevator. We had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our 3 children and all their luggage.

Facilities were top class, had everything that was needed, maybe a micorwave was the only thing missing

The bed in room 1020 was not the best - a bit like a hospital type bed

Excellent hotel in central spot

It was close to a lot of amazing things downtown
Negatives:
There is no parking lot and you have to feed a meter every 4 hours until 6 pm, the front desk staff was very rude when asked about a $150 dollar hold on credit or debit cards, then it takes 3-7 business days for that hold to come off, the bathroom toilet seat was broken and when told no one fixed it, the paint in the bathroom was peeling so bad by the sink and was so ugly.

The lights wouldn’t work and when I told them their engineer came and said “we need to fix this”, but never did during the week stay. No lights to bedroom or hall! Shocking. And water heat is poor- needs it to run a lot of time before it heats up.
