Interior decor was dated. The wall mounted heating unit was incredibly loud. You could here people in adjoining rooms. The shower was ear piercing loud and the water temperature was difficult to regulate.

The location of this hotel is probably it's best feature. The staff was super helpful and understanding! I carefully read the reviews before booking and decided it would still be ok for us, and honestly I have no idea what the bad reviews were about.
Negatives:
Not a single thing comes to mind. It was very clean and well maintained. They even vacuumed the long hall way every day which is something I have never seen before in any hotel. ALl the bath fixtures worked great with no leaks and great water pressure.
