Positives: Breakfast was good.

Negatives: We picked this hotel over the others in the area for the hot cookies, but they lamely blamed COVID-19 (it is now 2024) for not offering cookies any longer. Then I got out my rewards info, and was told that only got me 2 bottles of water, not any of the snacks. No cookies, no snacks. Reluctantly, the counter attendant forked over 1 pack of 4 Oreos with our water. Sheesh. The ice maker was broken on our floor, there was mold in the bathroom, the aftermarket "closet" had wires and cords hanging out, most of the charger stations didn't work, the room overlooked people's homes, and there was a barking dog at one home. You get the idea. If you are in Durango, you can find a better place to stay.

Positives: Breakfast was advertised from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. We went down around 9 am each morning. Both mornings there was very little food. Staff was putting what was out away. We did mention this to the manager however the cook refused to put out more food. He Stated he had fed the snow boarders and skiers. He was willing to cook more food if he was paid to do so by us, the customers.
