My wife has bad knees and they gave us the room 2nd farthest from the eleveator. About 200 feet away. We asked for a room change and the gave us a suite but the room stunk of perfume covering pet urine. The room chage was a hassle becuse we booked online.

Our room was nice and clean. The staff were so kind and always smiling and helpful. The kitchen staff was especially wonderful. They worked so hard each day to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. They need a tip jar
