I called around 9 to see if I could check in early. The male attendant was more than happy to accommodate. I was expecting him to say 2:00 pm the earliest, but he say 12:30. I had to do inventory @ 3:00 am so I needed to be ready. I was well rested.
Negatives:
Everything was great. They normally have an excellent breakfast I didn't get to eat because I got off after 11:00 am.

Friendly staff, clean room, hot breakfast items available.

Hot tub was broken - front desk said they were waiting on parts to fix it.

Over heard staff complaining about customers while serving breakfast, stating that they can go somewhere else and stating how everyone was complaining.
The pool was never opened 2 of the days we were there, on the last night they opened it but the water was more of a polar plunge. Hot tub was just closed the entire time. Not good when small children are excited for this.
We were first given a room at 7 pm that had not been cleaned, gross.
I feel that we wont return there again, we should have been given a small refund or a free night stay. Nothing was offered

Room was very modern and up to date with all features. Very nice breakfast area off the main lobby. Enjoyable breakfast.
Negatives:
Two of the four washers and dyers were broken so we could not do our laundry.
