Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The location was good in terms of being close to restaurants.
Negatives:
The place is run down. They advertise full kitchen but there's no benefit since there are no cooking utensils, no dishes, not even a coffee maker, unless you pay extra for those items. By the time we would add the cost of the basic kitchen utensils, we might as well stay somewhere else. The room and the building is run down. I do NOT plan on staying at any Extended America property ever again.

No one is ever at the front desk. The dogs in the building are loud and bark all day, making it hard for people who are day sleepers and work nights. The halls smell like dog feces from them deficating in the rooms. All in all it really needs better policies.

Had to pay for extra or clean towels. Property lawn was covered with dog poop, people letting the dogs pee right at front entrance. Trash bags left by front door homeless people hanging around after dark. Staff not friendly and willing to help. No discounts for seniors or disabled. Wont be staying at any other extended stay. Left a bad impression.

Hotel employee is awesome, they had some issues over weekend that initially affected my reservation, but hotel employee figured it out and made sure I had a room! Hotel employee was amazing upon late check in, answers all my questions and was an absolute joy after my rough day!
Negatives:
The only issue I had was the bathtub had been refinished at some point and it finish was peeling off terribly bad making it impossible to take a bath, but with the issues they had, I really didnt mind but wish I could of switched rooms for a bathtub.

It was an awful stay. I didn't like it at all the cost of rent here is putting me in debt. I can't afford these expensive motels and have to sleep in my car now.

I slept in my car because my bank empty now from having to pay rent. I'm so sick of being only able to afford a roof over my head and not be able to eat. The cost of living here in Denver is ridiculous.

The BIG rooms are nice wish they all had carpet. The location of this place is nice.

I'm tired of having to pay every penny I have on a motel and want to be able to afford a house or apartment instead. I don't like how they took away breakfast, No more pots and pans unless we pay $30 and we have to pay extra for clean linen.
