Positives:
The staff was very friendly. and the property was quite. The breakfast was not half bad. There was plenty of places to get food next to you and it was close to the high way.
Negatives:
The property seemed run down, not because of the staff but because of lack of resources the air being vented into the rooms was musty and the rooms smelled of bleach. The fridge was a tad to small. You where not able to fit ice cream or milk into it. These again are all things I think can be improved.

Bed made and towels changed. Lots of parking spaces. Helpful staff.
Negatives:
Water from the air conditioner and from the refrigerator on the floor. Cockroaches in the room. Unstable furniture, non-replenishment of toilet paper. Noise from adjacent rooms at night, the fan in the toilet could smell marijuana in the morning. The non-smoking room had burnt blankets and sheets from cigarettes, the room smelled.

Location is good, very convenient. Ample parking, we had a truck and stock trailer and we were able to park easily. It was quiet ( except for the train, which I didnt mind).
Negatives:
The free breakfast was a joke. Coffee and your choice of 2 dry cereals. I was underwhelmed! Pillows were lumpy, bathroom could have used some external cleaning. Shower dripped and had the bath May towel soaked before we even touched the shower. Staff was no where to be see. In the morning when I wanted to check out and get a receipt so I left.
