Room was the right price for what I needed. You cant expect luxury when you pay the booking price. Room was fine. Bed was fine. Mary the front desk person was the best. She keeps the place running smoothly. She is the only one that does a good job.
Negatives:
Too many people just walking around the property begging. Police there all the time. Front Desk lady rude (Not Mary). My key to my room had to be reset every day. They dont know why. That was very displeasing. Breakfast was okay. Same thing over and over. The Apple Juice machine has not worked in months. Garbage all over the parking area. The Laundry was filthy.

The room was comfortable. The Airconditioning worked well. The Large tub was comfortable. Bed was just like I like.
Negatives:
I had to go to the front desk and get cables for the television. They were missing. The Refrigerator did not work. Made all kinds of noise and when I opened the door it was hot. No reason to let the people at the front desk know because they will not do anything. This stay there were lots of police activity in the hall way outside my door. The parking lot is full of people parking there RV's and using up close parking. They should park in the back and allow people with vehicles to use parking spaces

Everything they charged our card double the website says nothing about about security deposit this place is a scam

I liked that i was placed on a very end of the longest wing of the building bc it was a lot quieter there.
Negatives:
Room was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY! Floors literally turned bottom of our socks and feet black after twenty minutes and damages clearly not repaired from other guests pets.

Location was good easy access to I-25. The staff was very friendly. The TV worked and the ac worked
Negatives:
There was ice cream from previous person who stayed in the room. The refrigerator did not work very well did not keep much cool. The coffee maker didn't work at all just kept bubbling the water. There was a lot of loud people screaming and arguing down stairs.
