The room layout and comfortable beds.
Negatives:
The pool was way too cold, hot tub jets didnt work and was too hot. The room shower had no water pressure and was very cold and only got to like warm after several minutes. Breakfast a nice option but not very kid friendly. Would like to see waffles or something similar for kids. The pool phone was also broken. Front desk staff MIA several times and so so attitudes.

Very nice room, good breakfast and excellent location! We also enjoyed the pool area and wish we had more time to enjoy the patio and basketball court. Helpful staff, had everything we needed.
Negatives:
The parking was far from our room. No matter what door we went in, it was quite a hike to get to our corner of the hotel. The cooling system was also extremely loud and made it hard to relax at times-when it would kick on or off it was a bit jolting.

Our room had water damage from a recent storm; they had an in-window AC/carpet dryer unit which had to run constantly to keep the room cool. It was noisy, and the musty smell was still evident the day we checked in. We asked if we could be put in another room and they said none was available. The unit's hose was put out the window, and not fully secured with tape. We understand that natural events like this do occur but given what we paid for this room, it did not meet our expectations.

The feed lot smell wafting in the air. the daylight bulbs and the stand alone dehumidifier/air conditioner in the room and the room door dragged terribly on the floor... The maintenance man didn't seem too interested in fixing it
