Positives: I was there for a week and it had everything I could want. Pool, fitness room, breakfast. Room had microwave, fridge/freezer, tv, iron, hairdryer as well as a sitting area and table and chairs.
Negatives: Nothing really. Only minor thing was I didn’t figure out the tv channels but I didn’t ask for assistance.

Positives: The location was good as we were visiting our son at CSU. The indoor pool was nice. We stayed a few times before but likely won’t again.
Negatives: The day staff was horrible, in particular a middle aged blonde lady working the counter. She was very unfriendly and seemed extremely inconvenienced by our arrival even though we’d had reservations for a couple weeks. She was even worse when we arrived for breakfast the next morning. We came down about 45 minutes into the 3 hour breakfast window and there was little to eat… juice was empty, no coffee, waffle mix empty, eggs and sausages were sparse at best and dried out, only a loaf of white bread filling the pastry box, fruit looked spoiled, some cereal and the place was disgusting. My husband politely asked if it was possible to get more waffle batter and coffee. She about bit his head off and told him “she’s working on it!” We waited 15 minutes and nothing. So he asked about how long it might be and if we should come back later. She then stormed into the eating area, and I asked if there were any options besides white bread and she went into a rant about how she “told them we needed pastries and bagels but they didn’t listen!” then stormed out. After another 5 minutes she came with waffle mix, another 15 and a number of other guests requesting food, eggs and sausage were brought out. Now mind you there were 2 other workers at the counter and not one guest requested anything other than food and coffee. Then she yells, “why is everyone so damn rude!” And again, every guest I witnessed was polite, friendly and asked gently. She was the only rude person I witnessed. Checkout was another very rude encounter. We have stayed here a number of times, no issues prior but I don’t think k well risk this kind of stay again.
