When checking in the receptionist was very friendly.

It looked like the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors in the bathroom had trash on the floor and looked like had not been mopped. There was sticky areas.

It was a good value. The rooms were nice and large. The lobby was clean. This is an excellent hotel if you just want a decent place to sleep for the night.

People hanging around on steps. Broken liquor bottles in parking lot. Our chair in our room was broken- asked for replacement but never got one.
