The rooms are nice, the hotel environment is hip and clean.
Negatives:
I was charged five times for my room. I ended up paying twice for the night I stayed. Im having to challenge the charge with my bank. I tried to work it out with the front desk but I was hung up on by hotel employee who had lied about the situation.

We liked the location, the employees were so welcoming and friendly!! The room was large and very quiet!
Negatives:
Well, one morning there was no hot water, which was very unfortunate because we couldnt shower and it put a little damper on the morning. I understand that things happen but it was like no big deal to them. The hair dryers in the room are useless.

Youthful vibe, new, close to mountains, good food.
Negatives:
Like most hotels, the core building temperature is about 70F. This one was 71F. That is fine for daytime but inappropriate for sleeping. In the middle of the night we had to turn the thermostat down to 64F and the AC kicked on. In the winter.
Positives:
Rooms are spacious and clean. I didnt need a step stool to get into the bed.
Negatives:
It looks like the upkeep has been neglected. The furniture is scuffed and the amenity bottle labels in the shower are worn to the point where it is hard to tell what they are. Not a big deal, but an indication that things arent being maintained.

Great place. Bar & restaurant are very nice. Staff friendly.
Negatives:
The bed!! Definitely needs an update. Both beds made lots of noise just rolling over in your sleep , think it was a combo of the mattress needing replaced and the slats it was on. Great place, but we got no sleep due to the beds.

I can't say enough good things about Origin, this was a pleasurable experience from start to finish! The entire staff was friendly and helpful (especially hotel employee, I could write a review on her alone!), my room was clean and comfortable, perfect location etc
