Positives: Had wow factor and lovely vibe, very good quality breakfast and main beds comfortable, fab location and pool

Negatives: A few staff a little frosty and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable- we asked for a proper duvet instead of a single sheet and ended up in a battle. However we enjoyed our stay. in the room silverware and plates missing, also at breakfast they ran out of forks and spoons !
