The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant the Copper Whisk was great for breakfast! Cute New Orleans decor in the casino and restaurant.Our room was clean and also the New Orleans design theme. The free covered parking was behind the hotel.Nice!

Very clean facility. Very clean room with comfortable beds. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the lady that took care of the breakfast bar

Pool was small and spa looked old. Tv would only turn on. Couldn't change channels, or volume, or anything except off and on. Shower drain was broken and bathroom light flickered. Needs updating such as USB ports.

Positives:
The staff and cleaning staff were very polite and accommodating and understanding of my 2 autistic boys. I'm thankful we had a room on the main level as my kids will stomp because it's part of their stemming. The rooms were pretty sound proof which was nice to not have any complaints when my boys were taking baths and being loud and just boys. The cleaning ladies had no problem giving us more trash bags and towels and they were just so friendly. Breakfast was decent. Something for everyone! Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, English muffins, apples, cereal and oatmeal.
