Very dirty and not maintained. Bugs in my room. Had to switch rooms. Ice Machine not operational. Vending machines didn't work. Temperature controls in room did not work accurately. Very low quality motel.

Parking was tight, I was on the second floor yet I’m handicapped, the AC filter was very dirty, the hand sink was plugged and there was very little hot water and was woken up by an alarm in the middle of the night that seemingly rang for ever

Positives:
The lady checking us into our room was very accommodating....my mother had a broken foot...and she moved our room to a handicap access room.
Negatives:
The room was NOT clean. The beds were clean, but the toilet had pee spots on the seat and the shower had pubic hair and used bars of dried out soap.
The Toilet wouldn't flush properly and the door wouldn't completely lock.

Positives:
We did not receive continental breakfast they do not provide it. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The morning we were to check out we did not have hot water, the office would not answer their phone supposedly due to wiring issues, the sink was clogged up and draining SLOWLY, there was no ice in the ice machine, there were quite a few sketchy looking guests and the hotel was not in a very nice location, the description on your site was very deceiving on whether or not we would have a refrigerator. We were under the impression that we would and we did not.

A few good things outweighed...
Positives:
The price was good. Parking and location were good for what I had to do. The staff were friendly enough. I wouldve paid a bit more to have a cleaner facility. Paint, updating, etc.
Negatives:
The exterior of the motel needs paint and cleaning. The interior of the rooms could use a little updating, but for the price it was OK. Maid service should offer to clean the rooms more often. Anyway, I cant complain much for the price.

The amount of people living in the hotel was uncomfortable. The people living there were definitely on the seedier side of the financial spectrum. I was so uncomfortable that I moved my vehicle from the front of the room to the front of the office.
