Location of the room to the side exit door.
Negatives:
We could never use the side door exit by our room due to our key card not working. We brought it back to the desk clerk to re activate, but it did not resolve the problem

I liked nothing about this hotel.

Made an emergency trip for a family member in the ER, booked a room & didn't arrive until after midnight. They cancelled our room and tried to charge us another day's rental + $--to check in and refused to give a refund, stranding us in a snow storm.

I like where it was located not. close to any other hotels. the areab had restraints and convenient store close by. Their staff was extremely helpful. They offer free breakfastin the morning.

Its fairly old but was in good condition. The room was small but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Always concerned about noise because I am a light sleeper, but didnt have any issues there, so that was a positive.

Encountered 2 staff members during our 2 day stay. Neither had any customer service skills.

No pool or hot tub. Pop machine out of order.

I was able to relax without any distractions. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the attendant was on top of cleaning and making sure food was filled regularly.

Very clean place, awesome and friendly staff, comfortable rooms for having young children.
Negatives:
Breakfast could've had more options but overall wasn't bad.

I had to stay another night because I had an appointment after the first night really early that ran me until noon and bye to my disability issues was unable to check out in time

I don't like having all wood floors and the toilet flushing was very loud.

The only drawback that I have is that the window didnt close very well so its kind of breezy everything else that was great even a little breakfast area and the young woman that kept that up and go on she was so friendly and so nice but all I can say is

Perfect
Positives:
Staff was vert kind. My stay was much longer than expected but, they tried to make it as comfortable as possible.
Negatives:
Not the hotel persay but, there is an awful smell in the area due to the slaughterhouse near town.
