Theres a lot to like: Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Well maintained. Good location.

The worst thing for me was a surprise add-on fee for parking. It was the first thing I saw when I arrived, and it gave a very bad first impression. Its exploitationat that point, I could not back out. And its unreasonablethe parking is in an un-guarded open lot, nothing special, and hotels in that area generally have free parking.

We needed blankets and pillows. I had to ask 3 times. Finally received them. The refrigerator did not keep our food and drinks cold. Refrigerator temp was too warm our food smelled bad and was spoiled the next morning. Eggs was cold during breakfast.

The Hotel is excellent. But the best was the staff they could not have been more helpful. Staff were all the best They are ready for promotion.

Hotel rooms need a bit more cleaning. Hair was on bathroom floor and shower. Fix the peeling wall paper. This hotel is pet friendly so it did have the small of animals. I will pick somewhere different next time Im in Denver.
