The breakfast was great, the free parking was nice, we enjoyed the location (walking distance to a lot of stores and amenities). The kitchenette in our room was well stocked, and the dishwasher was nice to have. We felt safe here, the laundry facilities were great, the gym seemed new, and pool table was fun to use, and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The pool is very cold, and there’s no hot tub (which we knew, but would’ve been nice after the cold pool water).

I stayed in an ADA accessible room. Overall, it was wonderful. I noted that the microwave was not accessible and dining table was quite tall for wheelchair users but it was otherwise well laid out.

My bathroom door locked from the inside. I waited for more than 30 minutes to get help. They forgot for some reason to get maintenance to come over. There is stuff behind the couches , throw up or food spilled . It grossed me out . When cleaning couches need to be moved as well. I could not eat there anymore.
Negatives:
I was concerned it was really not that clean as it seemed . The only reason I did move the couch was when I was setting up the couch bed .
