The staff was very informative.
Negatives:
The place was filthy. It smelled of urine. There were stains on the bathroom doors and panels and the shower was really small. The heater didn't work. The bedsheets were completely wrinkled. I made sure to strip the bed and put the towels in the sink. Maybe they will take the hint to do better with cleaning.

The staff was incredible but we had a lot of mishaps. One room didn’t lock properly so we moved to another room but it was for some reason much smaller than the room we booked the night before. Then whoever was above us made noise and banged around all night. Our light in our bathroom did not work.

I didn't like the room that I was reserving because when I got in the room there was dust all underneath the bed with a little baby sock and there was dirt everywhere on the floor and then the TV was I had a whole like somebody had shot it with a gun or something in the middle of it and like we could watch TV you know
