Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

We only stayed 1 night. There was loud music till at least 2:30 in the morning and there was yelling from multiple people throughout the night. We felt unsafe the entire time we were there. The bedroom, kitchen and bath were dirty and dingy.

I ended up not staying! The apartment was filthy! The bathroom was disgusting! Hair all over the bathtub and the toilet was nasty! I've been trying to get my money back but no one will answer me or call me back! I'm about to notify bbb and my other business colleagues and let them know to never stay at your Extended Stay! Unless I get my money back for your companies error of putting me in a unclean place! Even the guy that checked me in said that he wasn't surprised and was very sorry! I paid 140 dollars for the room and I need my refund! Now! Or will proceed with suing your hotel. I had trouble finding another place due to everything being sold out! I was at your Extended Stay in Greenwood Village Colorado. October 7th.

The shower curtain did not reach the shower pan so extra care needed to be taken to prevent flooding. The shower head didn't work well either.
