It was a nice hotel. It appeared clean and the room was visually very nice. The staff was also very nice.
Negatives:
We were there due to XCEL shutting off our entire neighborhoods power due to the high wind. We checked in a little after 8pm. It was an extremely stressful day and night. We climbed into bed around 11pm and there were bed bugs. Fully disgusted! The night clerk was very kind and immediately got us a new room. But again had to pack everything up to make that move. I was told that management was told. I have not yet received any communication from the hotel, and I feel that some, if not all monies should be refunded.

The shower had stains in it as well as both bed comforters. The pool was extremely small. The hot tub was cold, while the pool was freezing.

The location is very convenient. The front desk help was friendly and courteous.

The overall cleanliness of the facility was not good. My bed had a stained sheet. Hallways could use a deep clean. The head housekeeper was very stand offish no smile, no greeting, and just stared angrily at us while we were in the swimming pool my assumption is because she needed to mop that hallway.
