Positives:
Always on the early morning flight out of MTJ so miss the breakfast. Staff is wonderful plus the location.

Very difficult to get in and out of the shuttle bus.

The staff accused my husband and I of having a pet multiple times and even though we said we did not, they added a pet fee to our bill without any confirmation. We did not have a pet and when we confronted Kathy about it, she didn’t believe us and made us feel like liars. This left a bad taste in our mouth.
