I booked online and when we pulled up I was scared of what the room would look like. The building needed some serious cleaning and maintenance. The side door was broken so anyone could get into the building. Garbage was piling up. Dont book this hotel!

The only redeeming quality for this hotel is the location.

The hotel is literally falling down. The outside is rotting and many of the amenities do not work and have not worked for a long time. The hotel is not secure. Outside doors are not locked and the locks on connecting doors between rooms barely work.

The place is under construction and inhabitable. There no lobby, carpet tack stick exposed wear shoes at all times, no working shower, black mold all over ice machine and there are exposed wires everywhere including fire alarm. Not worth risking your life

Location was the best thing about this hotel. It is right across from the Hot Springs.

No one would ever answer the phone & tried calling for a week. Pool was broken, ice machines broken, broken waffle maker, small selection for breakfast, furniture & carpet very old. It was more like a 1 star hotel and they way over charged for the room.

Remodeling. Fire alarm hanging on wire on the hallway .pOol not working .Staff rude. Double charged for room and deposit. Argued the point with me. Then staff said. Refunded. Still waiting on charge card.

Sent into the wrong room where people were already staying! Construction was going on. Pool was out of order. Doors were very loud, slamming shut so it is not a quiet hotel. Charged us for a roll away bed we never had. Poor quality furnishings.

Its a horribly run down, dilapidated structure, and they have the gall to price gouge you for $---/night! Choice hotel corporate office should be embarrassed. Dont stay stay there unless its winter, your car broke down, and you have no other options
