I was surprised that there was a 14 dollar parking fee for a small town hotel.

Shower was moldy, coil spring mattress was horrible, pay to park there ( are they for real), no continental breakfast, way behind the times in amminemities. Noise in hall at 2am called front desk to report got hung up on.

Website says early check in and late check out. I was told I could not check in until 3 pm. At check in I asked for a late check out and was told 12 noon. Starting at 830 a maid knock on the door every 30 min even after being told we had a late check out

Charge customers to park in front of the building. Obviously charging an extra $14.00 for parking is how they gouge their customers. Using Covid as an excuse to charge for coffee. Keep it up and all your customers will choose another location, rifle!

The in room heater had a really bad smell. I turned it off and just let the room be cold. Also, They charge $14 per day for parking. A charge they hit you with at the end of registration.

The room was nice but the smell was not good. The hallways even smelt like smoke! To top it off they charged us $40.00 for my 2 Beagles but 1 is a service dog. So they've never charged for 1 of our previous stays there. Now my dogs cost as much as me to stay? I won't let that happen again.

My partner is disabled. The room was completely handicapped accessible. The bathroom had a shower you can roll a wheelchair into and a bench in the shower. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. Staff was really great

The bed was worn out. They tried to charge us $12 to park to get back to the undiscounted price that booking.com gave us. And this is after we heard the other desk clerk that the parking fee was $4. The manager told us we didnt hear the clerk correctly. Even though we clearly heard her twice tell the other customer it was $4 parking. Then she told us we could go somewhere else to stay. It was late, dark, and wed driven in a terrible snow storm. Rude, uncalled for and I plan on putting a terrible review on Yelp
