Updated and clean, nice average hotel. High pet charge! No fresh breakfast offered, just a "store" of frozen/mw things. For the price, seems like breakfast should be offered. Good parking and lighting and though right off I25, not noisy.

The entire ground floor had a bad sewer smell that apparently management knows about from reading previous reviews but doesn't do anything about it. My husband tried to work out in the gym although the smell was unbearable. The kitchen drawers were scattered and food in drawer. Dishwasher full of dishes. I don't know if they were clean or not. Room smelt like food the entire stay, bacon and eggs to be specific. It's obvious that deeper cleaning of kitchen grease is not being observed. Pretty expensive for the area for this type of service.
