Nothing not was horrible staff was intense and going through our belongings and very rude and charged us for some sheets they were already ruined terrible place rude service and disrespectful staff

The staff mostly and the sheets were dirty and it always had a smell and they come in without knocking to clean the room and said we had to be charged if we didn't let them clean my room so they just walked in without knocking while I was getting dressed very rude

We arrived March 12 and put our luggage in the room. There’s a motel room type door to the exterior which was not advertised. Outside were several “drugged out” people who wanted us to open the door. I reported to the front desk and my family and I went for dinner.
We returned 45 minutes later , entered the room from inside the building, the people outside our door were still there, I talked to the front desk, who said security should be out back.
We waited another 1/2 hour, no security showed.
I asked the front desk for another room or refund, he said he couldn’t “access his system” as it was upgrading and it would be a while. No further comment from him about security, but there was no security guard anywhere.
I went back to the room, my family (wife and 4 and 9 year old child) took our luggage and left. on the way out my wife noticed a cockroach in a corner. I wanted a refund but now no one was at the reception , so we left without.
We never used anything in the room. We just stored luggage while out for dinner.
We’d like our payment for the room and security deposit back ($70 + $150).
The hotel is rated 3 star, when in fact it is not suitable for guests at all. The hallways are smelly, carpets are worn and everything is run down.
