Negatives:
Room was very dirty. Dirt on floor. Bedding looked like the sheets had not been changed and tons of body hair in the sheets. Room was friigid and heater did not work properly.
Positives:
Good location along our route. Near cheap gas station and places to eat.
Negatives:
Building was very old and furnishings were shabby. Hallways smelled of onions. Linens looked dirty. Broken light fixture in bathroom.. Probably should not be advertised as a hotel because it looks like most of the people there are living there.

The person that checked me in was rude and needs to learn to work with people. The room door did not lock properly and seemed like it was easy to open from the outside.

It was easy to walk and get food.

It was not very clean and it stunk.Not very friendly staff.Then when we checked out,was asked if I would like my receipt and I said yes,then there was a different price on it.When asked about it the manager said that's why they don't get the receipt.

The first room we got was covered in bugs. The window seal and the ceiling bad both dead and alive ones. We got a new room but the hallway ceiling was torn up, things in the room were breaking off and under the beds had cigarette buds and piled of dirt.

Location to Glenwood Springs. McDonalds and Kum & Go across the street. Easy access to freeway

It was 106 degrees when we arrived. A/C unit too loud. Air did not cool room to sleeping temperature (78 would have been nice)

Great location. Room had many plug-in outlets.
Negatives:
Had to ask for towels. No toilet paper, no kleenex, no washcloths. Bathroom floor was dirty (hair). Shower/tub handl sprayed water in all directions. Hallway was filthy. Never did get washcloths...went to Walmart and purchased our own.

Friendly staff it was clean it was convenient to what I went for I would stay again if I were to go back for another visit.

I would have liked to have a chair to sit in setting on the bed isn't great for bad backs. The light in the bathroom was blinding early in the morning going from darkness to bright. A small night light would be good for older people (like myself)

Breakfast wasnt so great, and had to change rooms as ours did not have pull out couch as indicated when booking. Our key or the lock did not work so great. Took multiple times to open door.
