Negatives:
This hotel sits in a normal hotel lot on the edge of the suburbs (not in a city), yet they secretly charged me a $10 a night "parking fee". They didn't even ask me if I had a vehicle to know that I even had a car. No sign alerted to this.

The staff was great, quick efficient and friendly

Of the two ev chargers only one was functional and there were other vehicles parked in front of one stall on said charger the entire stay. The pillows were flat, the bed wasn’t super comfortable but manageable. The toilet had a leak and there was standing water by the wall in the bathroom. It’s also not posted anywhere that I saw that we’d have to pay $10 for parking so seeing it on the bill was a surprise. For the cost the room was just not up to par when I just stayed somewhere else for two nights and it was much more comfortable for $100 less.

Site was running out of keys, fire alarm at 4 am, and breakfast was very busy with limited staff so tables weren't getting cleaned off.
