Gravity Haus Steamboat

Negatives: The outdated 1970's building lurked under the surface. It was clear they did cosmetic updates, but not any actual renovations. There weren't enough plugs in the right places and some things felt just a little worn. Also--the toiletries provided were probably the cheapest ones a hotel can source. And to not provide lotion in Colorado with its ultra-dry air is just mean. The crappy toiletries just felt like a strange complement to the nice furnishings and bougie coffee.

Negatives: The bathroom was tiny and the heat/ac was a very noisy wall unit. There were no extra blankets and the wall were thin. I could hear my neighbor coughing all night.

Negatives: White Rabbit restaurant in the facility. Rude staff. Expensive. I can’t remember ever meeting more rude people all in the same facility ever.

Negatives: Very small bathroom—Not enough counter space. Get rid of big sink and give me more counter space. Need Lots of water bottles in room - afraid I’d spill cup at night on my electronics. Instant coffee. No coffee in lobby so can only get when restaurant is open. Only 1 side has nightstand. Shower water pressure could be improved with different shower head. Service at White Rabbit was slow. With all the ski gear, need more hangers and hooks to hang gear to dry. Unable to store ski boots with skis downstairs. (Must be a member to use ski lockers). Would have been willing to pay a daily fee if I could avoid stairs in Ski boots!

Negatives: It felt more like a hostel than other Gravity Haus locations. The pipes in the ceiling made such loud noises that they woke us up multiple times a night. Our bathroom was so tiny (we stayed in a Queen) that we could barely close the door.

Negatives: The food was absolutely awful and way over priced

Negatives: It cost way more than the last time stayed which was maybe five years ago. The food is terrible, the service is worse and the bar is weird. One bartender was really great though. I do not know her name unfortunately.
