The ski valet will spoil you. You'll never want to walk through a parking lot with skis again! Hotel is in good shape, even though it's getting a little mature. Rooms are nicer than the common areas.

I love the Peaks Resort which is why I was bringing family this trip. My dad ended up having foot surgery and we couldn’t make it. The Peaks absolutely refused to refund my reservation. They had plenty of time to rebook the room. It’s like they are hard up for cash. Are they not doing well?

Positives:
The location of hotel was really good. You could walk or take a gondola anywhere you needed to. The views were incredible. And the free gondola was great to take down into Telluride from Mountain Village.
Negatives:
The rooms could be updated more. With the really nice view the windows could have been better and not so old. There needs to be more places to sit in the room with a separate table and more chairs, and more options to plug in USB devices on both sides of the beds.
