Yes. There was roaches crawling on the bed. Shower handle was broken.

Entrance to the rooms are outside; not ideal for a snowstorm. I tried to get a refund for the 2nd night because I could not return to the hotel due to the snowstorm and was denied.

Two exterior doors with one leading to a back alleyway with no visibility from the road. This rear exterior door had a peephole that looked to have been covered with toilet paper to prevent someone from this alley peering into the room.

Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and there was a restaurant on site. The restaurant was outstanding and had a good mix of great food priced right. I can't say enough about the Sunset Bar & Grill. Our waiter was new but very attentive!

Only complaint is that I wish they would have cleaned the room every day we werre there. The did an exelent job the first day. However, we stayed 3 nights and the second day they did not clean the rooms. We stayed for business.

The location was good. I was driving and needed to sleep.

My reservation was for a non-smoking room. I was put in a smoking room. Smelled awful. Was too tired to go back to office (2am). I made mention of the room when checking out and they claimed the reservation was for smoking room. No sense in arguing.
