Negatives: The hotel is very worn out. The house keeping was very poor. One of the house keepers didn't have soap on her cart. The bar was out of a number of liquors. The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful.

Negatives: Needs a lot of updating

Negatives: Old and run down. No bed skirt on bed and had metal rails hanging out from base. Had to watch not to cut my ankle when I got out of bed.

Negatives: There was no staff help. The room was rundown carpet was pulled up from the entryway into the bathroom there was a kitchenette but no utensils or supplies. There was no need service or even replacement of towels. The hotel was out of towels at the pool an

Negatives: Paper thin walls. I could literally listen in on my neighbors’ conversations CLEARLY. The bathroom was rundown and dirty. ZERO shower pressure. Like a literal trickle. They advertise as having a restaurant on site, but both nights they were “out of food”. The parking situation is treacherous.

Negatives: The first room I was given was still occupied, the pool and hot tub were broken (which is unfortunate after a full ski day), the restaurant was out of most menu options, the fries were cold when they showed up, and the shower in my room was kind of dingy. I wasn't at the Winter Park Lodge for long, but I wasn't impressed.

Negatives: Our room had a broken bed! We asked for more towels and blankets but staff never brought them.

Negatives: Mattress was worn out. Room needs updating. Chairs were worn, drapes were off track and hanging down and water pressure for shower was awful

Negatives: The beds were very uncomfortable. My whole family came home and slept. We didn't get much sleep there. When we first walked into the room we could see loads wrong. The bathroom was dirty, no clean towels, trash and dirty/wet towels on the floor, and trash on the counter. The parking is very limited and no clear markings, so people double park which limits spots more. The restaurant gave my wife food poisoning, from the chicken wings. I contacted customer service and they told me they would let the general manager know. We didn't get communication back. The pool was ice cold. It was the first time my sons didn't want to swim at a hotel. We didn't get any room service or new towels for the next day. Customer service is very limited. We called a few times and no one answered.

Negatives: Run down. Hot tub was so old and didn’t have enough water. I’ve on back stairs needed salt out on it. Rooms outdated. Caulking in bathroom looks moldy. Chairs are torn, carpet gross. Comforter was so thin and no blanket. Boxspring had no cover on it. Restaurant had barely any food
