Maintenance man is wonderful but over worked for a large property with a single employee.
Wait staff in restaurant is superb.
Big shout out for Laura ( great find from sister property) and manager that has been there a month.
Don't remember her name: young,great smile,long blonde hair,super with staff. Bartenders really know their profession.

This hotel was perfectly located, had all of the amenities for our stay, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. The sleeping accomodations were the best we've had while traveling. We will stay there again and have recommended for others to stay at this property.

The brunch on Sunday was very good. The restaurant is pretty and the waiters were friendly.
I enjoyed the omelet station and there was a variety of choices. The coffee was also quite good.

The bed mattresses are very uncomfortable. I do not know if they were old or economy. I would not go back for that reason. I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower.

Great location and lovely ambiance. The continental breakfast was better than expected. A suggestion would be to change the offering. We were there for two days and it was exactly the same each day.
Dinner was very good — also better than expected.
Negatives:
Regarding the room comfort, the chairs / seating could be a little more comfortable. We were in the room more than expected due to a snowstorm and the chairs were not comfortable for long stretches of seating.
