Positives: It's charming and beautiful. The hotel is well laid out and halls are bright and wide. With holidays decorations it's lovely!

Positives: The room and bath were spacious. The hotel decor is warm charming. An enormous, beautifully decorated Christmas tree was in the lobby! Excellent hot breakfast buffet was included with the room. The public areas were inviting and well used by guests.

Negatives: The only problem we had was that the WiFi was very weak and pretty much useless.

Positives: When I made the reservation, I specially asked that the two rooms be next to or near each other. I soon found out after arriving that the two rooms were in different buildings. My friend had to drive down the ramp to get me each time we ate at the Hotel

Negatives: The room I was in needed to be upgraded. It looked o.k. but the lamp on the bed stand was leaning over and there were not enough outlets for my phone and Kindle to be recharged.
