Positives: At first glance the room looked nice

Negatives: Nothing was as advertised. The pool and gym were out of order, wouldn't help to refund so i could leave bc it, as result I lost a lot of $. I didn't feel safe there. The filters in the heat/ac were caked w debris almost black. Pics were taken.

Negatives: The room was decent enough. Bathroom felt dated but the bed was comfortable. However the hallways were awful. The were extremely dated, and there was a foul odor. I think if the hallways were refurbished and updated, it might be worth the money.

Positives: The staff was very nice. The property was clean. The rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable. They had a complementary breakfast as well.

Negatives: I didnt like that they didnt have an elevator we had to carry all our luggage and bags up the steps. there were no more rooms available on the first floor so thats why I rated this hotel as an eight instead of 10 because they didnt have an elevator.

Positives: The staff were very friendly and accommodating also very convenient to location of the woodwinds where we attended wedding. Restaurants are also nearby.

Negatives: Better accomodations for a wheelchair trying to get into bathroom was very difficult doorways too small. No signs notifying you of Continental breakfast or where it would be accidentally ran into it looking for coffee refill for room
