Was homeless but for cheap...

Nothing it was terrible, I can’t believe they have this place open in such conditions.
Negatives:
Dirty, smelled like cigarettes the sheets full of cigarette holes, sheet with hair n holes, vents on air conditioner filthy . Never seen anything like it.

Positives:
Very accomidating and friendly staff. Our first room didn't have hot water for some reason so when I went to ask she upgraded us to a suite. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

I always stay here when I need to get out of the house for a night or two

I have a surprise $101 charge that was taken while I was at the hotel. No one has gotten back to me about why or what happened. I paid for my room in full before the charge was taken so I’m still in the dark. I’m waiting until after the holidays are over to go and speak to the manager because the front desk staff are saying that they don’t see it in the system. I’ve stayed here multiple times and this is a first for me.

Nothing, This is the last place I ever recommend anybody staying at dirty, and the staff was not helpful

When I first walked into the room I stayed in there was somebody’s clothes hanging up in the closet. Told staff they said oh sorry somebody was put in the room and we took him out. Later when I got into the room, there was food on the floor I found peoples clothing on the floor again . The room was dirty, and the TV did not work. I asked the staff to come up and look at it after sitting there for four hours. I did not going to bed. No one came up. I took pictures Charmette against did to the gentleman at the front desk the next day he came upstairs and saw what I was actually taking pictures of and said that someone would call me to this day. I’ve not heard anybody from the hotel. That would be the last place I ever recommend anybody staying at dirty, and the staff was not helpful.
